Phone and virtual appointments are available Tuesday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays during the tax season.
In-Person Appointment Dates
- Saturdays: Feb 22 & Mar 15
- Friday: March 28
- All in-person appointments are in Tracy
- Sr. Pick-up Day (Oakland area): by arrangement
Important Deadlines
- Last day to submit your documents for on-time filing: Tuesday, April 8
- Last day for tax-filers with small businesses to submit documents and financials for on-time filing: March 28
- All taxes and request for tax extensions will be efiled by: Saturday, April 12
- IRS Tax filing deadline: April 15 for most, Oct 15 for Californians affected by wildfires.
- Tax extensions expire: October 15, 2025
WDTBS will break from all tax preparation services from April 19 through June 14, 2025
