Tax Appointments
Phone and virtual appointments are available Tuesday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays during the tax season.
In-Person Appointment Dates
- Saturdays: Feb 21 & Mar 21
- Friday: April 3
- All in-person appointments are in Tracy
- Sr. Pick-up Day (Oakland area): Service discontinued
Important Deadlines
- March 28, 2026 – Last day for clients with small business or extensive investments to submit tax documents for an on-time filing.
- April 7, 2026 – Last day to submit tax documents for on-time filing for individuals w/o a small business or extensive investments
- April 13, 2026 – Day when all taxes and extensions will be e-filed. Payment for services are due before e-filing will be processed.
- April 16 – June 20 – On break from ALL tax services.
- October 15, 2026 – Tax filing extensions expire on. There is NO further extension available.
WDTBS will break from all tax preparation services from April 20 through June 20, 2026
